This property sits directly across the street from (and with access to) Jadestone’s “30 lookout drive” which houses its own private boat dock and fishing pier in addition to a 3 bedroom home. The plan is to build short term rental cabins on this property for public use and enjoyment of beautiful Lake Eufaula.

In addition- and in the spirit of “Giving back”- once completed, we plan to offer free stays at this compound (equipped with boat & needed fishing equipment) at various peak fishing times throughout the year, to families of children suffering from terminal illness and participating in the “make a wish” foundation and the “Hope & Cope” department of the Alabama children’s hospital.
