We are Eufaula locals, who invest in real estate for a different purpose.

Our mission is two-fold. First, to help revitalize our local neighborhoods by buying and renovating single-family and multi-family properties to offer back to our community as safe, affordable rentals. Second, to utilize our profits to purchase or develop temporary free/low cost housing for families in need in close proximity to children's hospitals all around the country.
